Is this you

You've earned the seat. Now the game is different.

The skills that got you here aren't the ones that carry you forward. At this level, the work is less about doing more — and more about who you are when the pressure, the visibility, and the ambiguity all rise at once.

You're stepping into a bigger role and want to inhabit it fully, not grow into it slowly.
You carry decisions that affect many people, and you want sharper judgment under pressure.
Your influence now matters as much as your output — and you want real executive presence.
You're managing up, across, and to a board, and the politics are as demanding as the work.
You feel the quiet gap between how capable you are and how you sometimes feel at the top.
You're in a transition — new role, promotion, scale, or exit — and want to lead it deliberately.
What shifts

The outcomes leaders come for.

Executive presence

Command a room without forcing it. Communicate with clarity and weight, so people trust your judgment and follow your lead.

Decisions under pressure

Think clearly when the stakes and ambiguity are high. Make faster, better calls — and stand behind them without second-guessing.

Influence & communication

Move people, align stakeholders, and manage up and across. Turn difficult conversations into progress instead of friction.

Leading through change

Steer teams through scaling, restructuring, or uncertainty while staying grounded and keeping people with you.

Identity at the top

Close the gap between your capability and how you feel in the role. Lead from self-trust, not from proving.

Transitions, led well

Step into a new role, promotion, or exit deliberately — becoming the leader that chapter requires from day one.

The approach

Grounded, direct, and built for people who lead.

I've sat in the chair — building and leading a company, hiring and developing teams, making the calls. My coaching pairs ICF-certified rigor with real operating experience. No fluff. We work on what actually moves your leadership.

01

See clearly

We map where you are, the real challenge underneath the presenting one, and what your next level actually requires.

02

Sharpen

Presence, judgment, communication, self-trust — we strengthen the specific capacities your role demands most.

03

Apply

Real situations, real decisions. You bring what's live; we work it, and you act with more clarity and command.

04

Integrate

The shifts become how you lead — not techniques you use, but who you are in the role, consistently.

Absolute — for individuals and within organizations

Every engagement is scoped to the leader and the moment. The best next step is a conversation — we'll define what you need and whether we're the right fit.

"Plenty of people will advise you on leadership. Far fewer have sat in the chair — held the risk, made the call, lived with the outcome. That's the difference between coaching you about leadership and coaching you from inside it."

Questions

What leaders ask.

Who is this for?

Senior leaders — executives, founders acting as CEOs, directors, and high-potentials stepping into bigger roles. Whether you're paying for yourself or your organization is investing in you, the work meets you at the level you lead.

Do you work with individuals or companies?

Both. Individual leaders engage me directly. Organizations bring me in to coach their executives and high-potentials, with sponsor alignment and confidential 1:1 work. The approach is tailored to each.

What's the investment?

Executive engagements are scoped individually and begin at $20,000. The right number depends on format, length, and whether it's an individual or organizational engagement — we'll define it in conversation.

Virtual or in person?

Virtual-first, so we can work regardless of location and around demanding schedules. In-person intensives are available when they serve the work.

How is this different from identity coaching?

My identity coaching centers on personal reinvention and becoming who you're meant to be. Executive coaching applies the same depth specifically to leadership — presence, judgment, influence, and leading others at scale. Some leaders do both.

Is it confidential?

Completely. For individuals, what we discuss stays between us. Within organizations, coaching conversations remain confidential; only agreed goals and progress are shared with sponsors.

The role is bigger. Let's make sure you are too.

Whether you're investing in your own leadership or in your team's, the best next step is a conversation.
